Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
